Thank you and Bravo for your answers. Ino, your book is a really great whole. I have been writing same kind for over 10 years, but working in the archives "there" would have been challenging. Otherwise, our sources are the same. The body of my book is ready, but it contains more artillery technology, the history of RT 2 in Ino, and the war years in Ino. There is one funny anecdote related to your book and to the photo in your book.
The Finnish Artillery School was established in Lappeenranta (my hometown) in July 1918. Lappeenranta was a good place because here was a large garrison and a large camp field ready, where the Russian army also trained. There was even a camp church. Today, this area is Lappeenranta Airport, in the middle of the City. At first, Swedish officers served as trainers, but from the beginning of the summer ithe school was led by German officers, commanded by Major Butz of the Baltic Division. The Germans finally left Lappeenranta in November and the artillery school continued here until 1921.
The picture in your book was taken about 500 meters from my house at what is now Lappeenranta Airport. There, a German non-commissioned officer is shooting students of the artillery school. Not in Ino, although the Finns besieging the fort also had even two field guns. Best regards and have a good autumn, MMu
